EPTISA is proud to officially launch the Bitola Wastewater Treatment Plant project.
On July 28th, 2025, the Municipality of Bitola, North Macedonia, marked the official start of the project for the design and construction of a Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) with a kick-off meeting.
This facility will serve approximately 112,474 PE, with a designed daily average flow of around 27,090 m3/day, significantly improving the region’s wastewater management and environmental sustainability. Project is funded in partnership with EU and Macedonian Government.
The event was attended by representatives from the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Environment, the Municipality, the Communal Enterprise, the Contractor, and the Supervisor.
EPTISA is honored to act as the Supervisor for this important project, which aims to enhance local infrastructure, protect natural water resources, and support sustainable development in the region.
